THANK YOU to the Berkeley Carroll community who participated in our December Matching Challenge! As a result of your generosity, we have not only unlocked two challenge gifts from two current families, but we have also surpassed our $1.1M Annual Fund goal for the 2024-25 year. This unprecedented feat speaks to the community’s steadfast belief in Berkeley Carroll’s mission of creating critical, ethical, and global thinkers.
The Advancement Office will be in touch in the coming months in order to further bolster participation across the Berkeley Carroll community, and to launch our fourth annual Giving Week. Get ready for giveaways, BC!!!

This December, please consider Berkeley Carroll as a philanthropic priority by making a new or increased gift or pledge before December 31 to help unlock $100,000 from a Grade 9 BC family.
Every contribution supports the exemplary programming that defines a Berkeley Carroll education, and is a vote of confidence in the School’s mission—preparing students for a life of critical, ethical, and global thinking. Gifts of all amounts are received with gratitude, and contribute to this very special matching challenge.

Thanks to the generous outpouring of support from the community over the past 24 hours, we have already reached our goal for the additional $25,000 matching gift from Julie F. Kay and Tom Fergus P’21 P’28! This unprecedented generosity will allow us to do more for our students in 2025 and beyond.
There is still time to make a gift if you have not done so already! Our special December Matching Challenge site will stay live through December 31 so that we can further bolster our Annual Fund and surpass our goal of $1.1 million.

THANK YOU to the Berkeley Carroll community for coming together to unlock an incredible $100,000 matching gift from a new Grade 9 family! This month alone, we have raised almost $300,000 through our special December Matching Challenge site. Altogether, we have raised over $735,000 towards our $1.1million Annual Fund goal. Your generosity allows us to do so much more for our students and teachers.
But that’s not the end of our December Matching Challenge! Inspired by the success of the past few weeks, Board Co-Chair Julie F. Kay and her husband Tom Fergus P’21 P’28 have stepped forward with an exciting new opportunity: they will donate up to $25,000 if we receive $25,000 in new or increased Annual Fund gifts or pledges by December 31.
