What format is the WP Golf Tournament?
The WP Golf Tournament is a 4-person scramble with a 12pm shotgun start. Please note that registration starts at 11am and we’re kicking things off with a hearty lunch.
What's included with my registration?
Registration fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, swag bag, lunch, hors d’ oeuvres, longest drive and closest to the pin prizes.
How are teams formed?
Players can register as a team, or as a single player and request playing partners or be paired up randomly. To make a request to be paired up/added to a specific group, please email Lupe Lomeli at [email protected] or call 508-854-9236.
How do I become a sponsor?
Sponsorships are available as outlined here. You can register for either the Leading Sponsorship or A La Carte Sponsorship by clicking on the REGISTER NOW button and selecting one of these sponsorship options. Where do proceeds from the event go?
The Worcester Partnership program makes it possible for underserved students from Elm Park Community School and other Worcester Public Schools to attend a year-round academic enrichment program - completely free of charge to these families - and hosted on the Bancroft School campus. This four-week, full day summer opportunity focuses on decreasing summer learning loss and boosting confidence. Programming also includes some Saturday Learning Activities throughout the school year. The program, started in 2003 by Charlie Aleksiewicz, is now entering it’s 23rd year thanks to the wonderful support and contributions from community members, area businesses, and our loyal partners!

The WP Golf Tournament takes place rain or shine.

What should I bring/wear?
Proper attire and soft spike golf shoes must be worn on the course. Golfers must bring their own golf clubs and related gear.
What happens if it rains?
This event will take place rain or shine. Last year, we had some very cool winds and the year before that it rained. So, wear your sunglasses because I’m pretty sure we’re due for some great temperatures and lots of sunshine this year!
Are guests/spectators welcome?
Guests are absolutely welcome to attend and participate in the auction, lunch, hors d’oeuvres for $40 per person. We kindly ask that you let us know ahead of time how many guests are attending so we can plan accordingly.
