How/where do I pick up t-shirts that I pre-ordered?
T-shirts are bundled by family and will be sent home with your student(s) the Thursday or Friday before the event. For shirts we were unable to send home, or for Ancona community members who do not have students currently enrolled, pre-ordered shirts will be available for pick up the day of the event.
I didn't pre-order a t-shirt, but would like buy one. Are there t-shirts available to purchase?
We will have a limited number of t-shirts, in a variety of sizes, available for purchase the day of the event. They are first come, first serve. Adult sizes are $15 each; youth sizes are $10 each. If purchasing a shirt the day of, please do not pay with physical cash. Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo and PayPal are now available payment options.
Do we need to register if we're only doing the Fall Fest portion and not running?
Yes. In order to help ensure that we have enough food for everyone, we need to have a rough count of how many people are planning to attend.
What is the route?
For slightly UNDER 5K: Start at ANCONA go West on 48th go South on Drexel then East on 49th and North on Dorchester (2x around); For a full 5k add a quick jog up Kenwood and then continue on the rest of the route:

I'm in interested in volunteering for the event, but I also want to participate. Is that possible?
Yes! The majority of tasks are limited, time-wise, so that anyone volunteering can also relax and enjoy the event.
