The Class of 2026 Commencement Gift — Help Us Leave Our Mark!

Four years ago, they began their Upper School journey at Albany Academy and in two months, the class of 2026 will walk across the stage, but before they do, they want to give back to the school that gave them so much.

This is their idea. Their initiative. Their legacy.

Our seniors identified a real need in the lounge spaces and the Student Center and decided to do something about it. They’re upgrading the space with some modern furnishings and charging stations, the kind of practical, everyday improvement that will make life a little better for every Albany Academy student who comes after them. And in true Class of 2026 fashion, they’re thinking even bigger.

They’re also founding The Class of 2026 Scholarship Fund, a permanent endowment that will one day help a deserving Albany Academy student achieve the same opportunities your son or daughter has had.

Here’s How You Can Help

They’re aiming to raise $5,000 by Commencement and shooting for something just as important: 100% student/family participation. A gift of any size, $5, $50, or $5,000, counts toward that goal and sends a powerful message that this class showed up for each other until the very end. No gift is too small. Every dollar builds their legacy.

The Best Part? This Gift Keeps Growing.

The Class of 2026 isn’t done after graduation. The plan is to keep building this fund over the coming years, with a goal of reaching full funding at $50,000 by the class’s 10th reunion in 2036. At that point, Albany Academy will begin awarding The Class of 2026 Scholarship every year, a legacy of support and gratitude.
