Every great institution begins with a bold idea and the courage to pursue it. Pat Roberts and Nancy Blair built AIM on the belief that every student deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.
That belief continues to guide our work today. The Founders Fund honors that vision by investing in both the students within the AIM community and the future opportunities that will shape their lives beyond it.
The Innovation & Impact Fund is a growth investment in AIM’s future, supporting three defined initiatives focused on AI readiness, college and career pathways, and national teacher training.
AI Readiness: Prepare AIM students for a rapidly changing world by creating opportunities to explore and understand emerging technologies, develop new skills, and learn to use AI thoughtfully and effectively.
College & Career Pathways: Strengthen the pathways that help AIM students and alumni prepare for college, careers, and life beyond AIM through meaningful experiences, connections, and continued support.
National Teacher Training: Extend AIM’s impact beyond our campus by equipping educators, schools, and systems nationwide with evidence-based knowledge, practices, and tools that can improve literacy instruction for more students.
