Enjoy a tasting at TOP Winery accompanied by a spread of cheeses and charcuterie, hosted by owners Stanley Barrios and Elena Martinez. Barrios and Martinez are considered an inspiration for their dedicated work, having transitioned from the corporate world to pursue their dream of starting a winery in Paso Robles in 2014. Eleven years later, they have earned high acclaim for both their hospitality and winemaking, sourcing grapes from some of the most sought-after vineyard sites in California. Although their team is small, their passion for wine is immense.
SÉDUIRE Winery
This experience includes a tasting and tour at SÉDUIRE Winery, hosted by owners Charles Liu and Julia Fuller. SÉDUIRE was established in 2013 in the Willow Creek AVA of Paso Robles, born from Charles’ deep passion for the region and its wines. Considered a hidden gem, the winery produces up to 1,000 cases annually, crafted exclusively from their coveted estate vineyard.
RIISE Winery
Enjoy a tasting at RIISE Winery with owner Juan Mercado. Following his success with REALM in Napa Valley, Juan began his second chapter (II) in Paso Robles in 2019, focusing on Rhône varieties and Tempranillo. RIISE utilizes fruit from three estate properties, including the high-elevation Shadow Canyon Vineyard, along with other distinguished vineyard sources.
