Why does The Bear Creek School have an Annual Fund campaign when we already pay tuition?
Gifts to the ALL-IN Annual Fund supplement the current year’s budget, helping provide the programs, activities, and opportunities that enrich student life and learning across every division.
As Bear Creek’s top fundraising priority each year, the Annual Fund brings together parents, grandparents, alumni, faculty, staff, trustees, and friends in support of the school’s mission. These tax-deductible gifts ensure Bear Creek has the resources needed to provide an exceptional educational experience and graduate students filled with wisdom, compassion, and courage.
What is the impact of my gift to the ALL-IN Annual Fund?
The Annual Fund directly impacts faculty and students year-round by supporting a robust learning experience that helps students discover their talents and take part in opportunities that foster personal expression, creative thinking, and character building.
Your gift:
Provides innovative learning across all divisions so students can engage, collaborate, and turn ideas into reality
Extends students’ education beyond the classroom through hands-on learning and new experiences
Makes a Bear Creek education accessible to more families and creates an inclusive community that enriches our students’ experiences
Builds and strengthens community bonds with programs such as parent education opportunities, Mothers Tea, Evening of Artists, and Grandparents Day

How much am I expected to give to the Annual Fund?
All gifts count no matter the size! Your participation is the most important thing. You can make any gift that is personally significant to you.
May I make my gift in installments?
Yes, you may make a pledge and fulfill it through monthly or quarterly installments.
May I use my employer's matching gift program?
Yes! We encourage you to increase the value and impact of your contribution through your company’s matching gift program. Some employers also match volunteer time with a cash donation. Check with your employer’s Human Resources department on how to match your financial donation or volunteer time.
Is my gift tax deductible?
The Bear Creek School is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Gifts to Bear Creek are tax deductible as permitted by law.
